Ok... to say I'm excited would be an understatetment. I was apprehensive about making a move to my new compnay but Lordy, Lordy, I couldn't be more pleased! The leadership! The system! The product!! Wow! is all I can say!
I know virtually everyone in MLM loves their company but I just have to give Organo Gold a shout out! I mean they have their own CD filled with original songs to keep the sales force motivated. I am very impressed with this company because it seems they have thought of everything!
The product of course is coffee but we are not a coffee company. We are instead a wellness company using coffee as our delivery system. It really is ingenius.
My team is growing quickly, I am making money already and I haven't even scrateched the scratch!! Keep watching I am Organo Gold is going to get 1% of the "coffee" market and I'll be right there with them enjoying the fruit of our labor! Cheers!

Don't Use Free Hosting if You Use Tribe Pro!
I can't believe this! My blog has been off line for at least 12 hours and I just signed up with Tribe Pro. What kind of timing is that?
I was too lazy to rebuild my blog on wordpress and risked leaving all of my goodies with blogger. Effective immediately I will not rely upon free hosting anymore because it leaves my business very vulnerable.
With an incredible resource like Tribe Pro, I can't afford for my blog to be down one minute. I mean within minutes my content is shared by hundreds. I absoluetly love this new technology!
All network marketers need to remember use a WordPress Blog with paid hosting. The one I use lets you host several sites so add that to your things to do if you are just getting started.
And then add Tribe Pro as the latest as greatest to your arsenal in your pursuit of financial freedom.
Now to rebuild this blog...

Leadership is the Missing Ingredient in Network Marketing
Wow I think I have had an epiphany. Why do people jump from network marketing company to network marketing company? Well we can say compensation plans, product and a myriad of other reasons but I believe the biggest reason is lack of leadership.
People are looking for someone to take them or lead them to the next level.
I just heard of several 7 figure earners who left one company to start over in another. Why? Why when you've worked so hard to get to the top would you leave? It's LEADERSHIP! People want to be led. They want systems. They want the path to be blazed. They want the kinks worked out so they can just work!
I think this is an important lesson for all of us in the industry to grasp. Leadership is key to your success. Always stay in learning mode. Always stay on the cutting edge so that you can lead others.
I actually received a tweet yesterday that said "when a pastor stops growing so does his church." Well the same principle applies to your organization. When you stop growing, so will your organization ie. your check. Lead your people or they will go where they can find leadership.
If you are in a company or organization that you love but you need leadership become the leader you desire and others will follow you and always stay plugged in with personal development books, courses, etc. to make sure you can lead others where they want to go.

Ardyss Platinums Leaving! Is it the Compensation Plan? Is it the Product?
Wow that is the big news today in network marketing land! Kenny & Chante Lloyd, Erwin & Twiler Portis, Dwayne & Toni Morgan, and millionairess STORMY WELLINGTON!!
I wonder what in the world happened. Is this because the compensation plan changed again? Is it because they have seen greener pastures? Wow! It really just goes to show how you never really know.
This change will certainly rock the company to a degree but if the foundation is solid they will recover. I trust that the leadership that remains will take the time to nurture the field. I trust that they will all have one voice because people will talk and this could affect everyone involved.
No one can knock the fact that Ardyss International has great products, nor can they knock that there are some great people involved. What must change is the implementation of a corporate backed system, easy to undertand and implement compensation plan, and for distibutors to realize the importance of branding themselves.
This is what I teach distributors in the Success Zone who are from all types of companies. The truth is a lot of companies provide product but no leadership or plan for building and maintaining big businesses.
It's unfortunate but in reality, what happened today , happens everyday in networkmarketing land.
Each new distributor needs a way to get leads, a funnel to send them through, and then a good training program for both them and their new business partner. If these things are not in place, you can bet that in 90 days or less, the distributor will quit. I have seen it time and time again.
In the Success Zone I teach branding, basic internet marketing, and I share a successful funnel that all distributors can and should use if they are serious about building a solid business without chasing family and friends.
I truly wish Stormy Wellington, Kenny Lloyd, Erwin & Twila Portis, and Toni and Dwayne Morgan the absolute best. As seasoned professionals I am sure their next venture will be just as wonderful as their ride with Ardyss International was.

No Excuses Summit 2
Man! I just got back from the No Excuses Summit2 and it was incredible. I am so use to going to pitch fests that I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly suprosed as some of our industries best graced the stage and there was not one mention of thier company affiliations. They were instructed to give the attendants value and boy did they deliver!
I met a lot of wonderful people from all over the world and I learned what it really takes to join the Millionaire Club. (A club I will join in the next 9 months.) :)
Speakers like Susan Sly talked about meditation, exercise, diet, and supplementation. She shared that there are over 80,000 chemicals in our food and water and only 300 have been tested as safe for humans.
She shared wonderful statistics that made me proud to be a part of the network marketing industry. She talked about being 100% responsible for your business. She also shared that we should all pour greatness into others. It was a very good presentation.
I must say David Wood was my favorite speaker. He is really quite crass but his value and delivery taught me two things: One it's not what you look like or wear that makes you successful. It takes dedication and skill and two: You can be yourself! He was so comfortable being himself and I absolutley loved my new flop-flop wearing crazy friend from Costa Rica. He is a "how to" guy which I really appreciated being that I am a trainer myself.
Now don't get me wrong in the breakout session each speaker could offer product there if they chose to and I think David Wood made about $30000 in about 2 hours. Not bad for a suitless guy.
I am really looking forward to next years's summit and I trust that I can take a whole bunch of people with me.

Make Money Online
Make money online is the goal of many people across america. Some have tried affiliate marketing and some have tried direct sales as avenues of generating money online. Still others have taken the plunge into internet marketing as the mode of bringing this dream to pass. Personally I have been involved in all facets of making money online. I started out in the direct sales industry over 20 years ago. I had some success but after having children I wanted to find a way to make money online without leaving my children or the comfort of my home.
I have bought tons of courses and some to be honest were a waste of money. A lot of them were get rich schemes that preyed on the inexperienced or the naive. After several thousands of dollars and countless hours of surfing I have found some pretty decent courses and membership sites that helped me to turn my business around.
A video program called Traffic Geyser helped me as I started to do more video marketing. This wonderful software saved me hours of work by submitting my work to several video sites at the click of a couple of buttons. For me it was a God-send.
Jonathan Budd a 26 year old "kid" who has made 8 figures in the last few years offers great training and a fantastic system to help you build capture pages, and a marketing funnel. He has done all of the work. It is really a plug and play system. Again a system I have used and highly recommend if you don't know how to build your own funnel. He even has letters for you to use in your autorepsonder.
One more system that has worked for me in making money online is using Facebook as a lead source. There are many courses out there that tell you how to be a smart marketer in this medium but the most practical and easiest to use has been Max Steingart's system. I love it and recommend it to all of my new team members.
